沧州龙马钢管制造有限公司厂区位于“中国弯头管件之都”孟村县希望新区。始建于2003年，占地200余万亩，总投资2.5亿元；2006年投资3.1亿元，兴建新厂区，占地500亩。二厂和德国合资,并引进了西德JCOE设备一套,在此基础上又自行研发了3套9条双面埋弧焊直缝钢管生产线,自主研发的设备获5项专利。2007年底，公司年产量超60万吨。
